Fantastic score! The hub piloted wheel will generally have a 6" center bore where your new wheels should have 5 7/8". Assuming yours are typical you'll have a little grinding to do around the circumference of the holes.
The next challenge will be to allow the inner rear duals to seat using the Budd style inner cap nuts. The below charts show typical hub piloted and stud piloted mountings. The red colored area of the studs where they protrude from the hub is what prevents simply mounting the new wheels. If yours have the pictured protruding lips you will want to remove and replace with stud piloted studs and nuts. I have seen a very recent chart for a hub piloted system that doesn't have this feature. Stu

I'm in the same situation: I located a set of 4 22.5" hub piloted six lug wheels with two brand new recaps and two new (500 mile) virgin tires for a good price. I picked up one brand new Accuride six lug stud piloted 22.5" rim at a swap meet for $20.00, but have been unsuccessful at locating three more to fit my stud piloted '74 F600.
Has anyone successfully added a chamfer to the hub piloted six lug wheels so they can be used on a stud piloted axle?
Will the modification get through a DOT inspection if I get stopped>

First, I'm amazed you found the four hub piloted 6 x 8.75" 22.5" tubeless wheels. Rare items these days. I'd hope you could pass them on to a guy that needs them rather than try to modify them. Second, the chamfered lug holes are not a straight angle. They are curved, thus the term "ball seat". Doubt there's a simple way to replicate the seats. Stu

Maybe I'll try the classifieds here.
