97-99 Van Rear Disc Parts

Looking for rear disc brake caliber brackets, calipers, rubber lines, parking brake assemblies and hubs off a full floating rear van axle with 8 on 6.5" rear wheels. I understand that 97-99 E250/350's fit this requirement, but if there's other rigs that do they would work. The ultimant goal is to fit rear discs on my 85 F250. I'm planning to fabricate and weld on the required axle flange, but I will need all the other parts; primarily the caliper brackets and hubs. Thanks, ~John
