Morning folks and hope this year is off to a great start for everyone. I am hang over free, so I would say yes, BTW I did not drink a drop.....I was the DD for evening.

 

I guess there's no need for SHOUTING then this morning - unless others PARTOOK TOO MUCH. It's a good thing that I'm not one to make people feel WORSE THAN THEY ALREADY DO.

The new year is starting slow. I didn't get up until 1130. Tiff is at work. The shop is empty of other people's projects (That I can actually work on) and I'm sitting here bored. My nephew is supposed to call me so we can go look at a truck for him. His fiancé's car took a dump, so he's giving her his car and finding a truck for him to use.

That's about it. I may wander into the garage and see what I can get into.

 

Alan do you do work on tractors? I have some plans for mine one day when I have the cash.

 

As long as it has wheels and an engine, I don't see a problem with working on it. What's the plan?

 

Pretty slow here today too Alan. All I've managed to do is install a new gear in my wife's big mixer and got it running again.

Not ready to go back to work tomorrow, but I guess it has to happen sometime...

 

I got all the lights down and put away from outside. I'll let Tiff do the inside stuff. I also tidied up the shop a little.

I like the holidays, but I sure do like it more when we get back to normal in January. 9 more months until I have to drag out decorations and lights. (Halloween)

 

Alan as soon as we get back off our road trip and get recovered, I will need a hand some time soon getting ol # 88 brought back to life to put it on tha sale block.

Due to the distance it will be a mandatory paying gig for you, no arguments allowed!

Well Jeff has his procedure tomorrow and we will be there in the hospital all day with him, Penny's a nervous wreck but we are holding our own, best we can.

It's an old 600 Ford 1956 I believe. What it needs is paint, brakes and possibly 12 volt conversion. The place I was going to take it to has been taken over by the original owners son and I hear his work and ethics are not on the same level as his fathers.
