Hi all, new to the forum. I have a 06 FX4 F150/5.4 with 20" tires. I bought it brand new and has 58,000. THe truck came with the Pirelli scorpions and I got about 25,000 out of them. I switched to the cooper zeons.

My strange problem started couple days ago. When I'm driving the truck it feels like I'm carrying a big jug of water in the back. (When you go around corners the weight shifts to one side.) On my way home tonight I thought I had a flat tire in the back. It just didn't feel right. I notice a little difference in the steering as well. I got home and checked the air pressure, it reads 32. The dealer always put them at 32, I read the label in the door and it says 36 for my 20" not sure on that one. It's pretty much all the time I'm feeling this. I've been driving this truck for 6 years and I can tell something is up. I just thought I would ask you all find people to see if anybody else has had this or know what it is. I know I'm not loosing my mind

Sounds like some suspension roll. Shocks gone bad? Maybe some thing has come undone.
Take some time and get under the truck. If you have a pickle fork or use your hands and try to move everything. If it moves more than a .50 inch that's a problem.

 

It may have something to do with the sway bar.
