Doors not closing correcly

I have a 1979 F150 reg.. cab & lately the doors aren't closing very well. The passenger side door needs a slight lift and then it will latch fine. The drivers door is sagging a bit. It is starting to rub the front quarter panel about half-way down the door. Closes fine otherwise.

If anybody has had similar problems let me know what worked for you. I don't want to start unbolting the hinges and have a hard time getting it aligned if it isn't the problem. Thanks

if you loosen the bolts and have a helper lift the door up while you retighten them, they have enough adjustability that you may get them to close normally again.

If you, like me, end up having to do everything yourself, summit sells this thing, though I don't know how it works or how well it works: S&G Tool SG82350 - S&G Tool Aid Door Aligner Tools - Overview - SummitRacing.com

well here are the instructions, I don't see how you would have much room to tighten the hinges, unless I'm missing something? http://static.summitracing.com/globa.../sng-82350.pdf
