94 f250. D60 front, sky manufacting lift and 6" springs. Problems

94 f250, got the dana 60. Bought the sky manufacturing shackle reversal, with 5" drop lift, and then i have 6" lift leafs from procomp 22610 for a 99-04. Correct eye to eye length. This is hard to explain, but the front hanger from sky is a huge stationary hanger that your soposed to bolt up, but i didnt realize that i have a slightly different frame bla bla.. Anyway, i can pivot the hanger, to where i want it, then weld it. But, when i get it all together, and tack it all, lift the truck by the pumpkin it bottoms out in about 6". The shackles in the back pivot way too much and end up hitting the frame, swinging all the way back..

Whats that about?? Are these leafs too weak? The shacks are only about 6" long, and go up into the factory rear hanger. I pivot the front hanger snd tack it again, but still the same. Something just isnt right and i cant figure it out. Theres about 2.5 3 feet of room from axle to bottom of truck. Huge lift, and im only getting 8" of travel at the most? Anyone here delt with sky manufacturing or have any info? Thanks

to run super duty springs u have to move the front mount 3-4" farward of where the mount is designed to go thats y your shackles are laying flat to the frame

In order to run the SKY rsk, you will need to cut off the bumper brackets and push the RSK forward 3.5" of there they designed it to go.Then reweld the bumper brackets on to the RSK. Then you will also have to Cut the bottom of the bumper.

Here you can read how to do it here..

Ok, also, when the truck is on its tires and weight on springs, shere do i want the shackles? Almost vertical right, slightly going back so they can swing right? Thars my biggest delima, once i know where the shackles need to be when weighted i can move te other parts around
