OKAY! Its fixed..... Let me tell you what happened... So I took a break and let a mechanic around the corner have a hold of Maggie... thats her name by the way... And the next day.. he didnt have a for sure answer.. but he said he's 99% sure its fuel related... threw me off being that it only runs rough warmed up.. So I take it back... and the only pump I hadnt changed was the small one on the sending unit inside the Tank. But it was all brand new prior to my purchase so I didnt think about it.. So I bought a new one ($35 with my discount) dropped the tank... AGAIN... hooked it all back up except I left the tank out just to check it first.. ran okay then did the SAME THING... I was furious but more confused.. went back to the guys shop to ask him anything else it could be... he said he didnt know but hes almost positive its fuel... so I'm thinkin to myself... EVERYTHINGS new... what could it be.. I start checking all the lines and hoses... NOTHING... saw some bare wire in the plug for the tank.. Got to looking and I could see where they had been poked with a meter... Someones been having the same problem... also can find a bunch of evidence under the hood of people trying to figure it out.. they were having the same problem.. I started checking that plug.. everything was good. checked ONE MORE THING... no continuity flowing from the power wire threw the plug and to the pump.. straight wired the fuel pump.. RUNS PERFECT. drove it all afternoon.... Talk about some BULL SH** lol

Thanks everyone for the Help!! greatly appreciated.

Which fuel pump did you do the straight wire for?
