Andre, I fractured the Les Franc joint in my right foot, Doc called it "Hi-speed impact". He was right !! Lol The pain was so bad I wanted to cut my foot off !

That doesn't sound fun at all, Tim. I hope he is back at by January. I'd hate to see him down in the dumps when me and his brother are leaving with the sleds, lol.

He was doing a split jerk with 130# which is no problem weight wise for him. This is a standing lift where you lift eh bar to your chest. Then jerk it over your head and then back down to your chest. He did his first rep and brought the bar to his chest. He lost his balance and fell backward. Upon falling with his back to the ground, his elbows also made contact with the ground. Problem was the bar was still in his hands and stopped instantly breaking both wrists.
I picked him up from school and brought him to the ER. Orthopedic set both wrists and put on temporary casts. He goes back Thursday or Friday for a permanent casts that hopefully will be below the elbow. Great day today!

Man that sucks! Sorry to see that. Hope he heals quick.
It probably won't help when I tell you that the left one was shifted over an inch and you could visibly see it. The right one was only about a 1/4". The left one was easier to set than the right one. The right one was stubborn and took multiple tries.
Wow.......OUCH.....
I just hope this all heals correctly and no problems in the future.
