I am new here and this may have been posted already however I can not seem to find my answer doing searches.

I have a 2004 Explorer ( eddie Baurer) with a towing package. It has a round 7 connector hook up at the hitch. I am looking for the connector at the dash to connect a brake controller. I have looked behind the glove box and under the dash on the driver side and just cannot locate it. Thanks in advance for any help

 

Look again, they are sometimes hidden well, behind radio..... Philip

 

Thanks, I did not look there, I was looking more on the driver side and behind the glove box.

 

The one in my 2004 Mountaineer was taped up behind the glove box, basically just behind the radio. On my 2004 Aviator the connector was located just above the accelerator pedal.

Thanks, I found it, behind the glovebox up and to the left, what a crazy place to put it. Thanks everyone for your help.
