Another trouble code

I had my 08 F350 in for a transmission and coolant flush. They also replace a high temp sensor in the transmission (was getting P0710 & P0713 codes). I am now getting a DTC P0578 (cruise control multi function input "A" circuit stuck). I have tried clearing this code with my minmax but it is persistent and comes back as soon as the key is cycled. Any ideas what could be causing it? Does it have anything to do with the prior work done by the dealership or is it something with the tuner?

Battery disconnect didn't work but thanks for the response. Made appointment to see the dealer. On the way to dealers I started getting an airbag light. Looks like a clock spring. Will know more later today.
