Question Fuel line issues

I'm brand new here but will try to be concise. I've just converted my side hung 4160 to centers with a spectre double. Will I have trouble connecting 3/8 rubber to the stock steel line ? I'm going to put a good cut on it and blow it out but can't do an edelbrock pump right now. 78 f150 custom, performer (non egr),
duals, and a fake tremec toploader o/d.

It should connect ok. Make sure you have a good inline fuel filter. I also like to flair the end of the metal line a little after I cut it to help keep the runner line from coming off.

Works good

Thanks Jimmy, clamped up fine, working out the 4160 adjustments as we speak.
