i need help
i have a 94 f150 i am having some issues with my manual trans. it just recently started to grind when i let off of the accelerator, and unsure why it is doing it. when i come to a complete stop and go again its fine but i let off, it starts to grind. any ideas on why its doing this and how to fix it?

Just throwing an idea out.
How many miles? Lots?
I'm thinking that maybe the bearings might be a bit loose, thus when you load the shafts backwards(let off the throttle) it is pushing the shaft towards the end of the case and rubbing?
Try pushing in the clutch and leave in gear? How about in neutral while you rev it up/down.
Grab the output shaft and see how loose it is. Pretty sure these transmissions have tapered bearings in them(Like a T5) which when worn will allow too much end play in the shafts.
Just a random thought.
