Lock works but no unlock keyless entry just clicks switch has power and shorts to ground when activated but only click noises

 

One door or both do this? What vehicle?

 

1997 f350 both lock switches lock all 4 doors and both unlock button makes keyless entry click under dash

 

Is this factory or aftermarket keyless entry or alarm setup?

 

Factory keyless entry in obs f350 xlt … I tried checking the pink and black wire and pink and orange wire coming out of keyless but don’t get any volts … maybe I’m doing something wrong but neither one is hot at resting position when I push the lock botton one goes hot when I push unlock both go hot 🤯🤓🤔🧐🧐

 

the relays are bad. and check the ground.

 

the relays are bad ?? The only relay I could find was in the keyless entry module itself … I can check for ground in the morning
