LOOKS GOOD ! what engine did it have ? if it was an fe motor trans will need to be changed to work with your 351m
is it registered ? if not fees could add up and make the cheap $900 . expensive

Good luck flipping it for any real money. Let's say you pay the $900. What do you value your engine at? If you don't have a trans factor that in along with driveshafts. It is a decent looking truck but I would guess you will have at least another $1000 into making it drive less any other problems (steering, brakes, etc). That puts you out at $2000. What are trucks in that shape in your area going for that are complete? At $900 it looks like a truck one would plan on keeping. No engine & trans I would be hoping more in the $500-$600 range.

OK that puts you at $1000. You will still have misc & so far trans is up in the air. I would shop around & find out what a truck like that (complete) sells for in your area. Granted yours is an XLT but that doesn't mean much at this age. I paid $1500 for my SWB when I bought it (running/driving) plus $500 for transport from GA to IN.

Hardly nobody wants a 351 M in a bumpside. It's almost worth more without an engine. From what I can see the truck looks good for the price. Where's the engine it had? It would be a good deal if you wanted a keeper, not something you could ever hope to make money on.
