What happened to my guage screen on he dash?

First off I didn't realize it was as big of a deal until it stopped working but... I think the steering wheel idicator in the guage screen, (The one that shows you the slope and tilt of your truck)

Anyway the little display that is in the center that shows the transfer case and which wheels are being driven etc.. well if I remember correctly I believe it used to show when the front wheel were pointed right or left? Got in my truck today and had to park close to a wall, well I use that feature to make sure my wheels are pointed straight and not toward the wall etc.. and I noticed it no longer shows if my wheels are turned or not?

I know it sounds nit-picky to make a big deal about this, but it's a feature I actually use quite a bit. It also sort of bothers me that something I paid for as part of the truck just quit working. I've got an appt Monday already to have my driveshaft replaced for the slip-yoke bump issue so I will be bringing it up with my SOA.

Before I make too big of a deal about this, did I accidentally push or press something that dissabled the feature, am I missing something or what. Anyone else notice if theirs just stopped working. Thanks in advance.

Not a picture of my truck, but this is the screen I'm talking about. And the display thing in the center that shows the four wheels and transfer case. When you are at a stop or slow speed like a parking lot, it will show you how far left or right your front wheels are turned. Mine used to show me but quit? Do you guys think a wire is loose someplace? I can't even begain to think where a sensor of that sort would be located on the truck? Steering rack? inside the fender, steering column, clock spring? Anyone got any ideas...

This is what it looks like when it is working... notice the two orange horizontal bars, if you steer the truck right or left it shows how much angle the front wheels are turned. Mine only looks like the top picture I posted.

Ok I got it figured out, turns out you've got to drive the truck a few feet first. It doesn't work if you just cold started the truck and hadn't really moved.
