I dont think they will fit. You want springs off of a 99+ Super Duty. I got X codes off a F350, which are the heaviest duty and tallest springs. I have a diesel and a heavy front bumper. Lots of people go with V codes, or W codes which are a little less. I like the X codes.

I went to : Ray & Bob's Truck Salvage | Phoenix, AZ 85009 | DexKnows.com™

Ray & Bob's Truck Salvage
(602) 589-2252
101 S 35 Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009

and picked up four springs (Front and Rear) off a 2005 F-450 4x4 and the sway bars, my Excursion that once rode like a pontoon boat now rides like a tank! It also gave me 2" to 3" of lift, I think I spent under $300

I also went to X-Codes (6,000#) from worn U-Codes. (4,800#)

They ride good, gained about 2" of lift, and it will work better with my plow.

I found mine at a local junk yard using car-part.com
