heater hose y-split replacement?

heater hose y-split replacement?
Anybody have a recommendation for replacing the plastic y-splitter that splits the coolant b/t front and rear heater systems aft of the heater control valve on the passenger side (above the valve cover)? Ford Stealership claims it is an "assembly" with all the hoses and stuff to the tune of $198. All I think I really need is the POS plastic piece. NAPA, Autozone, Advance Autoparts don't have anything even close to fitting the job. Do I really need the whole shebang? Deleting the EGR thisweekend and replacing all the even injectors that want to shake my fillings loose. Is it really critical to swap out the oil cooler at the same time too? Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!
