Wheel Cylinder

HELP PLEASE Hey guys, I got a question, this is my first ford, its a 1993 bronco and the passenger rear wheel is leaking brake fluid and now is making a crazy noise as it makes revolutions around. Is this a wheel cylinder issue or maybe a wheel bearing or possibly just needs new drums? any help is greatly appreciated because Im a computer tech but don't know anything about this truck or any truck for that matter...lol

The first thing to determine is exactly what the substance is that is leaking from the drum. Is it brake fluid or is it gear oil? The easy way to tell is to pull the wheel and drum off and have a look at the wheel cylinder which is mounted near the top of the drum. If it is wet with fluid then it is most likely the culprit. I say this because if its the bearing seal the leak will be below the wheel cylinder under the point where the axle comes through the backing plate to the hub.
