Fuel coolant radiator

Pulled into the driveway this afternoon and after awhile found a fair sized puddle of clearish liquid, it appears to be coming from the bottom of the small rad on the right front side (facing truck) of the engine, that is the fuel cooler rad correct? I've now moved the truck to see if it continues to drip. Thanks

Yes definitely leaking but on a good note it's leaking where the hose connects and not the rad itself.

What kind of CCV MOD are you planning on doing?
I am glad you figured out your problem.

Seapig, I'm doing my own mod. 1" heater hose down to behind pass door, close off the ccv intake. I'm getting a crank case vent canister with a drain ****. I'll post pic from start to finish.
On my last post it's sounds like I'm being a jerk about the lack of input but it was the PMs I was talking about,,,just to clear things up

Well, I did not think you were being a jerk at all.
Honestly, that is one of the systems I know almost nothing about.
Nor have I seen much posting about the cooler on the forums.
I was kind of hoping that it would continue on so that I could...
"Get me some Ed-U-Ma-Cation" in reference to it.
Anyway, I look forward to seeing your posting and pics for your CCV MOD.
I bought a Racor CCV4500 off of E-bay just recently, and am looking at the different ways in which to run it.
There is a very good post from SANDDEAMON with it running back to the Intake, but I am thinking of going more along your lines with not making it a closed loop system, but instead out to the atmosphere after the filter.

Yes the open air after the canister trap type situation I feel is the best, still trapping the oil and crap but not letting anything back into the intake. Your Racor is exactly bang on for this job.
Re the fuel cooler, it turns out that after the last cab off they put the spacer on the outside of the rad instead of between the two rads to well,, give it space, in turn it rubbed on the bracket till it leaked. Not a big deal at all and Ford has been great about it. Good news is this is a first for them and they had never heard of an issue before this one,,,,,probably because they caused it,,,LOL I do have pics if anyone is interested and may want to check there's out.
I was however shocked at the price of our Premium Gold Coolant,,,wow. $34.00 per jug.

Part of the issue with the fuel cooler and those parts is not that many ever have a problem. Almost un heard of.

As time goes on though I expect to hear more discussions in the terms of maintance.

Did you know there is a 100K miles maintance on the coolant? Not sure of the KM #.

Try NAPA for the coolant if you have one. They have there brand with the ford specs on the front of the bottle. That is where I buy mine at.

Glad you figured it out in the end.
