Gear ratio change

I have V10 with 4.30 gearing now and a 5 star tuner. If I was to change to 4.10 gearing would I need to get new tunes?

Do you mean SCT tuner with 5Star custom tunes?

Really depends on how Mike (fordmdb) has set up the tunes. Most custom tunes allow you to change the GR (as well as tire size).

Why not just call or pm Mike?

The devices have user options to change axle ratios, you can make the change with it
