Problem with new motor mounts '62 223

I have bought and returned two sets of motor mounts for our '62 223. both sets were supposedly correct, but the part of the upper mount that rests in the holes in the frame was too small. Has anyone else had this problem? Will the new mounts work if there isn't a close fit where the upper mounts fits to the frame? Is there a particular brand I should be looking for.

The retailers I got the new mounts from we're NAPA and Rock Auto....usually their parts are correct.

Thanks

Some vendors are listing the 57 to 60 upper mounts as later 61 to 64s.

The ones from LMC are correct too. 10$ apiece.
