You have to jack up the engine and it's all about unbolting the old mounts and replacing with new ones. You should be able to find new ones from ford or bronco graveyard. Napa should carry them. Motor mounts can be a PITA to change.

You might not even have bad mounts, they might have just slipped. In any case yeah, just jack up the engine, unbolt the old ones and replace them if they are bad. There should be an oval shaped hole where the mounts bolt to the frame, its possible that the mounts have just adjusted themselves so they are not centered anymore (I speak from experience).
