New Rancho 5000's

I installed a new set of Rancho 5000's on my truck and all I can say is the ride improvement is awesome. After 165k miles on the original shocks I'm sure they were worn out.

Here's some pictures: Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums - Troy Buenger's Album: Rancho 5000's

FYI--the superduty thieves are working Katy really hard. I know someone who dropped the hammer on one as the thief was leaving his house. Fortunately (or maybe UNfortuantely) the thief got away with no valuables and his life.

Congrats on the Rancho's. 165K on worn out shocks must suck for sure--LOL.

Interesting you say that... I know a quite a few Super Duty's owners here and none, including myself had any issues with theft.

But I suspect the Super Duty is an easy target since the key receptacle is easily punched and the door is simply opened.

The shocks deteriate at such a slow rate that it's hardly noticable until you realize it's time to replace them.

Anyway's I'm impressed with the new Rancho 5000s
