>Bilstiens seem to be a favorite, I run skyjackers now but
>will be changing them out for the Bilstiens in the spring.
I'd like to have a set of Bilstiens for my ride. Would you buy them for me PLEASE! Christmas is right around the corner ya know!
I like the bilstiens or the Edlebrock EAS shocks. They are not cheap but the ride is smooth!
Just my $.02

I am putting on some Rancho RS9000X next week. I like the adjustability feature. Kinda solves the "Will this shock suit me?" question since I have a whole lot of combinations to get it right.

have skyjackers right now, a little rough though. Gonna be changing to blistiens or Ranchos here soon TRANSLATION: too many mods, not enough funds

I have the Skyjacker Softride Nitro's and I love 'em. I run them on my F350 SWR with an 11'.5" camper and an 18' boat and NO airbags. No complaints. I really do not like Rancho shocks personally. I have found them to be very hard on the kidneys.

I don't a super duty yet{ordered one}.
On my current older Ford truck {nearly 6000 pounds empty} I first tried adjustable Rancho. WORSE than my bad shocks.
I did research and decided to try Elderbrock EAS {the hight end auto adjusting, etc}.
Best thing I ever did !!.
A number of truck folks around town tell me that Rancho is really only good for off road or for raied vehicles.
Well I do a "lot" of off road and I can you that the Rancharo were still terrible.
Go Elderbrock !!!..
