4x4 visor sticker

I've looked at all the catalogs and can't find a replacement sticker for my 64 4x4. The sticker is on the drivers visor and is the directions for the transfer case. The one thats on there is pretty well gone, torn ,faded and just all around junk.

Mark here,

I have in the past taken a photo of a good one and had it printed at a local printer who can make stickers. You just need to find some one with a good one that can take a photo for you. Just a thought. Otherwise I have not seen any of those being reproduced.

Good luck.

Hey Mark thanks, I've thought of that but unfortunately I haven't found that elusive 'good' one yet lol.

Heres what I have. As I get going on my 63 plan is to get this reproduced. If the cost is not to prohibitive I will make more or maybe you can reproduce from this sticker if so I can make some measurements for you so you can make them close to original.

This one is out of the owners manual for 61-63 4wd

This goes with it.

This one goes to the right of the pictorial 4wd range sticker

Vic that would be excellent. The other sticker was long gone so I didn't even know it exsisted.. I'll look into whether some one like Fastsigns can do a repop from the picture. hopefully they don't say something about copyrights LOL . Your 63 must have been a custom cab since those visors are alot nicer than the cardboard on mine.

Thanks Buzz,

I am prepping it for sale. I have had it since 94 and I have other projects now. Damn good truck though.

I can check this wizard of a printer near me also and see what she thinks. Might need a good Photoshop file so that clean up can be done. You may want to do it on your end if you are handy at it.

Good luck and keep me posted.

Nice project Buzz,

I like those 3/4 + solid rims. Hard to come by for sure.

Thanks for the comp and yeah a little story behind those wheels but thats for another time. Im still looking for the 16" non split 8 lug innie wheels. They are a hard find too. Id rather have those than the 17.5 that you see in the pics.

It is a long shot but try Truck Ford Parts in Denver, I was there recently, they may have them or at least a lead.

I'm having these stickers made and I can't make out the part number on my original or this pic. Can anyone help?? Perhaps have a legible one that they can look at?

Thanks

The two letters "I" are in caps but look more like this "l", the zero's I assume are zero's and not O's but not sure however that part of your numbers look fairly readable from here so your guess is as good as mine on that.

Scott.
