04 F250 superduty deisel 6.0 powerstroke has been chugging during deceleration and surges when at speed. Hooked up to computer, ficm was going bad. Replaced. Still have the problem. Unhooked icp ebp sensor, problem still exist. Just changed oil. Took to advance auto parts ran computer, had no codes. Please help, thanks!
ICP, IPR, or EGR valve would be the usual suspects. Do you have any aftermarket gauges? Early 04 with the icp under the turbo, or late 04 with the icp sensor in the right valve cover?

This OP has the same thread going already. The moderator had moved this one over from another forum.
