Help with problem 2000 7.3...codes read

I started with a SES light and a stalling with my truck, I have replaced the UCVH on the drivers side, cleaned the IPR, replaced the ICP, CPS and the GPR along with the fuel filter. Changed the oil and filter and looked for chaffed wires on the harness. Now, after clearing codes, the SES light flickered then after driving a couple of miles came on and stayed on but no stalling, engine seems to be running fine. I pulled these codes with the AE with the enhanced Ford package:

P1670 electonic feedback signal not detected
P1209 injector control pressure Delta test failed
P1282 injector pressure higher than desred/engine running
P1211 injector pressure higher/lower than desired/engine running

KOER test:
P1282
P1211

KOER Cylinder Contribution test:
P0263 cylinder#1 injector circuit contribution/balance fault
P0266 cylinder#2 injector circuit contribution/balance fault

Any thoughts on what the problem could be? I don't know if I'm making progress or not...

So the work you've done so far has fixed the stalling problem? If you clear the codes and just drive around, what codes come back? Do any come back if you clear them and then just let it idle?

Do you have a chip in the truck? When you were driving and tripped the code(s), how were you driving? Getting on it or like a grandpa?

Those are the codes that came back after clearing, I let it warm and before driving the SES light would flicker, I drove a couple of miles, not getting on it but not babying it either and the SES light came on and stayed on. I drove home and ran the codes and that's what came up. I un-installed the chip before I ever tried the AE out. I don't really know if I drove it long enough to cause the stalling or not, but before I did the work, when the SES light came on it would stall badly.

You really need to check for codes as soon as the light starts to flicker to see if any of them are showing up sooner than the others. Then try to narrow it down to a specific set of circumstances or timeframe when the light comes on. After that you can hook up AE and record some live data to watch and see what's going on when the light trips.

These codes weren't showing up untill after I did the work, before it was showing a weak signal for #6 and #3 injector, no injector pressure problem or injector balance/fault. Something that I've done or one of the parts may be bad? What is a balance/faul and the P1670 (electronic feedback signal not detected)? Also, when I took out the IPR to clean it, a small amount-a pint or less) leaked out before I was able to plug the hole. Do I need to top off the oil in the HPOP?

The codes might just point to a loose electrical connector somewhere. Watching to see which codes show up when might help narrow it down.

If you've started your truck since you removed the IPR, then the HPOP reservoir is full again. No need to top it off.

There is a fair chance that I installed the needle valve backwards in the IPR, it fell out during the cleaning and I did not see what position it was in. I looked at an expanded diagram today and it could be. Would the truck start and run with the needle in backwards? Could that be some of the codes? Dang I hate to take that thing off again...
