Anyone know what size of allen wrench is needed when changing the brake pads on the front of 03 Expedition? I can't remember and I'm trying to pack up what I need to change the sister in laws brakes tomorrow, I doubt they'll even have a screw driver at their place, and I don't want to load up more than I have to. Thanks

I believe it's a 9mm, which most sets do not have for some reason.

Thanks, it turns out the drivers side was 8mm and the drivers side was a 9mm. Dealer had replaced the drivers side after the caliper locked up, so there was two different sizes. Like you said sets don't come with a 9mm and of course I didn't have one either. Spent most of the afternoon trying to find one - ended up spending $40 for a set that I really don't need just for the one wrench! Thanks for the reply though - I just wish I would have seen it before I left!
