2006 Expedition Interior Light Problem

I can't seem to get the interior lights to work no matter what I try. The only way they will come on is if the key is in the ignition and I manually push the button on each one. I've checked the fuse and the DOR. Even tried turning the dashlight switch all the way up but still nothing. Someone please help. Thanks in advance.

Did you check fuses #21 & #24? If both check as good then try replacing relay R304 - Battery Saver.

Hey Allro, Thanks alot man. The lights now work. It was fuse #21. I had changed #24 and didn't have any idea it might be another one that was bad. I tried freaking everything to get those light to work. Next question for you. How about the power windows. Both sides, passenger and driver don't work. Well the passenger side not at all except I can make it work from the driver side. The driver side is intermittent. If I'm real careful with it I can make it go up. If I have the windows open a little and its raining the water comes in quite a bit. I'm wondering if the switches have been effected from it.

The power window switches can develop corrosion inside of them which causes the windows to stop working. It is possible to remove, disassemble, and clean the switch contacts. Otherwise you can just change the driver's door switch.
