Ok the mental picture just hit me now. I'm doing that kinda similar to how I did my door locks. So for the other outputs...the 2 ignitions and the accessory...are they tapped or how will I make those connections? Those are the only other connections right? The other 12V inputs I can just hook to my fuse block right?

Yep. The others just tap into the existing wires, worm them thru & tape them up - don't cut them. The video shows this pretty well. All the B+ inputs go to fuse block.

Perfect timing. I'm wiring it up right now but have one last question...the remote start relay only has one accessory output, but the wiring diagram for my truck from bulldog security is showing I have two wires, one labeled "Accessory/Heater Blower 1" and another labeled "Accessory/Heater Blower 2". So basically I have 2 accessory wires on my truck and only 1 on my remote start.

No. But the one im confused about is on the other side of the ignition relay from those wires.

Not sure if you've figured this out yet.

I used the single RS output to control 2 relays, each powering one of the ACC wires. That way I was able to power both without worrying about overloading the output on the RS.

It's possible that the single RS output has enough juice to power both but I figure they're separate for a reason & didn't want to join them.
