The bolts on the radiator support can be cut off with a sawzall. Soak the other bolts with nutbuster overnight and clean the threads with a wire wheel. If all else fails hit them with a little heat and try it again.

Hey Bill, I just did a 3" body lift on my truck a couple weeks ago. I had no problem with the front 2 as I had my radiator support + the 2 front bushings and bolts all replaced so those came out fine.. but as for the 4 cab bolts, I used my 4.5" grinder to cut the bolts off from the underside and popped them through the top. If you don't want to go to that extent like I did, then use some PB Blaster to try and free up the bolts.

By the way how did the bed go for you? I had to grind all 6 of my bed bolts off cause they were so rusty I couldn't get them to move.

im probably gonna have to grind off all the bolts for the cab but the bed bolts werent too bad. i grinded a groove in the top of the bolt so someone could hold a screewdriver so that part was pretty easy.

Yeah when I cut my cab bolts off I had to cut the nut off too. so you're going to need to get some new nuts to fit on the body lift kit bolts because the kit doesn't come with any. (They expect you to re-use the factory Ford nuts) So I brought my 4 cab bolts into Fastenal and they hooked me up with some lock nuts for them.
