Creaking Sound When Turning Steering Wheel
Hey guys. Own a 2003 Ranger, 4WD. 123,000 miles, all original factory except for plugs, brakes, Ford OEM condensor (dealer installed), and passenger airbag turnoff switch.
When I turn my steering wheel, I get the creak. Sounds like it is from inside the cab. Before I posted, I read many of the similar posts on the site. I know I am due for new ball joints, but could the squeak be coming from steering column despite well worn ball joints?
Thanks.
