Assuming you have a stock suspension with stock steering box the only problem you might have is with a front sump oil pan. Some truck engines came with a rear sump pan but I'm not sure about the Econoline.
I put an 85 302 in my 49 but I have a Volare suspension. The only clearance problems I had were the steering box and radiator. I offset the engine two inches to the passenger side to get more clearance for the steering box and will use an electric fan for the radiator. Everything else is a piece of cake. Your truck is two inches wider than mine so you may not even need to offset...

Sorry I should have put that info in there. Yes the truck is completely stock. I do have one of the toyota steering boxes in order to be able to run power steering if I choose. Do you know if adding the toyota box at a later date will foul things up? I am going to use either 1 or 2 electric fans as well because I dont think the original fan shroud is going to work.

Haven't done the Toyota box swap so I can't help there. If the exhaust headers/manifolds you plan to use clears the stock box it will probably clear the Toyota box as well but it would be best of someone with a Toyota box chimed in here to verify. If you already have the Toyota box then maybe you can determine that at the time the engine is installed...
