MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR

Sorry to sound stupid, but can someone tell me where the mass air flow sensor is?

it's in the air intake between the air filter and turbo

What tool is that to remove the MAFS? Thanks for your help

Are you sure your truck Has a MAFS? Here is a picture of the MAFS harness on my 05, but there is no MAFS. If your truck does have a MAFS it is probably held in place with two #2 phillips.

why some trucks have maf and some don't ?

for the most part maf is just used as iat1. so we really dont need maf all that much.

Late build 2005 F-Series 6.0L applications are the only ones that didn't use a MAF sensor.
