Help selecting CLASS 3 trailer hitch for escape

I am looking to use the 2" receiver to mt a cycle carrier, max weight of 300lbs. I need to weld an additional mopunting point to the hitch to counter the tendency of a single point mt to want to wobble around. I can probably do it with the round tubing everyone uses, but much simpler with the square tubing.

I figured it was for something like that.
What I would do, if you can't find a square (which looks bleak) is instead of welding, drill a hole all the way through and use a bolt with a washer front/back and a nylon nut to hold the support member in place. Don't forget to touch up the paint after drilling to keep the rust away.
Good luck.
