Crown Victoria Front Crossmember?
I know the difference is the 03 and up have bolt in aluminum front ends... But will the 02 and older crown vic's front cross members and components, still fit in a 66 F100? are they all still the same measurements?

No, they do not have a removable cross member and therefore do not work.

You have to do a frame clip to use '02 and earlier CV suspensions. Well you don't have to clip it but it is the easiest way.
