Just letting everyone know what I found out... My sunroof drains were clogged which held water and let it drain down the a-pillars and behind the dash. This led to a good size puddle in my passenger floorboard when it rained pretty hard.

Reps for returning and giving an update. Sunroof, I'll have to keep that in mind.

Thanks

I wouldn't have thought the sun roof either. We haven't had much rain in Texas and all the water hose tricks weren't working, I figured I was at a loss. Rained a couple of weeks ago pretty good during the night so I went out with a flash light underneath the glovebox and found a steady stream coming from where the a pillar met the dash/wind shield area. And this was my problem. After talking to Ford, this seems to be a common problem. Haha, I am guessing this why the guy before me had the heavy duty rubber mats which held the water off the carpet.
