F1 Pickup - creating reality from art

I know that there are quite a few FTEers that frequent the HAMB as well, I was wondering how many have been watching this F1 build? If you appreciate pure artistry in metal then take a few minutes to look at this thread to see how this gentleman named Jimmy Hervatin is building an artist's rendition of an F1. Mr Hervatin does things with metal that I could only dream of...it's amazing. Another Weesner Inspired Hot Rod (Lit Up) - THE H.A.M.B.

Dang it!you beat me to it.
I love this build and like the rest of them guys say: I just want to burn my f1 to the ground and give up all together.

Nice build, I'm more of a stocker but once in a while there's modified truck that I find very well done.

One of the funny things about this build is in this picture:

It looks like he's going to take a pair of F-1 fenders and open up the wheel opening. Too bad he didn't start out with a pair of F-2 fenders. A repairable set of F-1 fenders are getting awfully hard to find.

Bob, that's exactly what I thought too as soon as I saw that picture. The F2-F6 fenders will need very little radiusing instead of the F1 fenders. I wanted to post that on the HAMB, but it's probably too late.

He could have gotten a pretty coin for those F1 fenders. I had two sets of 51/52 F2-F6 fenders that I scrapped a few weeks ago. i couldn't even give them away for free.

Page 16 shows his shop... incredible!

I see his F-1 fenders have the Usual Rust... Maybe we can get him to make patch panels? There was a comment on an earlier page that he bought commercial (?) patch panels for the rear corners and was dissatisfied with them.
