Tire balancing

I have a 99 Southwind w/ V-10 on a 550 chassis, The front tires have equal in them, but the rear tires don't, I have a tire out of balance situation I think, should the rear tires have equal in them or balanced ?, just wondering what people do about a balance problem.I just purchased it and maybe the thing has been sitting so long the tires need to run a bit to soften up ? They where put on in 07. Just put new shocks on today, didn't help tire vibration though.

A lot of trucking companys and farmers use plastic BB's. 3 oz's per tire. Buy at Walmart or any discount store for 5.00 put in half bottle...Cheaper than equal as just as good.
