My brother-in-law's 2009 6.4L front grill is starting to bubble. He is looking to replace the whole front grill with something that will not crack/bubble/flake. Maybe stainless or aluminum. Has anyone ever replace the whole front grill with something else besides OEM?

 

There are a coupl eof different grilles out there, I have been researching the same for mine. I found a Steel shell Chrome with a black I need to find the link again and will post shortly.
