4 speed 4x4 pics

Hey all. I need to bend my transfer case and shifter levers. I am needing some pics of the 4 speed shifter with a np205 transfercase lever and there relation to each other. Thanks in advance.

Why do you need to bend them?

No. I am returning my truck back to its original manual tranny that the P.O. converted badly to a C-6. The np435 shifter I have is from another truck and is slightly off it hits the cigarete lighter in first and hits the transfer case lever in reverse. Being a manual transfer case shifter out of a 72 highboy it is straight and not bent torward the driver.

They used a four speed trans on my highboy and made their own linkage up. They bolted angle iron on the side if the hump and ran the linkage off that. I got the original linkage off a 78. On the 78 they welded angle iron off the trans mount and bolted the linkage to that. I'm going that route the same way they had it on the 78.

I dont need linkage. I have a factory transfer case short tail shaft that has the linkage on it. I am bending the lever not the linkage. Thanks though.

Sorry, just didn't understand. We do you need to bend the lever? If that's a stupid question then I apologize just trying to get a schooling.

Never mind just read the post again. Didn't know some were bent and some strait. Your needing a pic to get a idea on the factory spec. I'm on your page now. I'll go take a pic of mine its not installed yet.
