My front hitch with Level II tow hooks

This was my project over the past couple weeks. I think it turned out awesome. Let me know what you think or if you have any questions

Mine did too. Those hooks are not strong enough though to be pulled from very hard. They are just bolted on.

I wanted something stronger

Excellent work ! That is an awesome job. Looks better than the factory could have done and great pics also. Perfect fit and placement. This is the kind of post we need to see more of. Thanks. And to people trying to figure out what to do with a front frame hitch, It is so much easier to place trailers in tight confined areas when you are looking at it in front of your truck than trying to look out the back and you have alot more control. Also its perfect to mount a carrier in it and carry your coolers and fishing pole mounts for surf fishing very common on the coast of good old N.C. But yours would be the envy of people around here. Nice job sir.

Thanks. I used it last winter to pull a Lexus and a Suburban out of a snow bank. I had no room to turn around so the front hitch was perfect.

This is the hook I used. But I'd like to get a D ring
