Are you trying to test it to see if its failing? Do you have a voltmeter? that would be an easier way.

I would say YES.
Each bank draws about 32 AMPS if working properly.

My truck don't wanna start if cold so I put a big screw driver between the 2 big posts was expecting a spark Didn't get one and I know I'm getting 12 volts on the gpr on the bog post closest to the radiator q I tried putting a ohm meter on the 2 outside pins of the injector wiring harness and my meter didn't show anything my wait to start light comes on. Any fuseable links any where?

No fuse links from the GPR to the the glow plugs. There are fuse links from the GPR to the starter relay (the hot all the time wire) but you show 12 volts so they are OK. Your glow plugs might be bad. Check the resistance with your meter. Ground to battery ground and plus lead to outside pins of valve cover plug. They should read about 1.5 ohms.

Then they are probably burnt out, like an open coil in a heater wire ..best guess. Did you try them all? Make sure your meter is working by shorting the two leads together and it should read close to zero ohms.

Guess you could pull the valve cover and check the connections inside. You could also measure the glow plug directly (on top of it). Sounds like they are just burnt out to me. That certainly would account for no spark and hard to start cold.
