Radius arm bracket
Can anyone help me out with a part # for the right side radius arm bracket for my 1979 2wd F-150. It is the later style. Truck was repaired before I got it and would like to get the correct bracket back onto it. Restoring it back to its Indy original. Thanks for your input.

But I guess at least they were willing to ship it.
You know on the lower part of a seat how the seat belts come through platic bezels? The bezels are in the lower seat cushion. I STILL need 2 black ones for my truck. There was some dealer in Indy with like 10 of them and they refused to ship! Numberdummy went above and beyond for me and called them himself! Then they told him they just sold them last week.

Highboy,
I'm in Peyton, Colorado. Outside of Colorado Springs about 15 minutes. The earlier bracket will have a thick washer attached to each side of the bracket where the bushings mount up to it. The later bracket only has one washer on it. Takes a different set of bushings and is one of those ( That doesn't go with that truck ) easy to see pieces. Kind of like the difference between the internally and externally balanced 460's

Bill,
You are one lucky dog. Enjoy your vacation. Mike, So sorry.
I found out today that I need a radius arm also. Mine is about half way worn through. Didn't notice till I started cleaning everything else up. PO must have hit something awful hard with that side of the frame. I beam bracket is bent, radius arm and bracket are both off an earlier model truck. If anyone has a radius arm, let me know. Will have the D9TA stamped in it instead of the D6TA. Thanks again for your help.

Bill,
Was wondering why my left side radius arm is stamped with the D9TA? That one hasn't been changed. I checked all of my other parts trucks and they have the one that is stamped D6TA. They are all 78 or early 79 models. My Indy truck has a build date of 4/79. Trying to get the suspension back to original. Let me know your thoughts. I need your knowledge on this one. Thanks

ID numbers marked on parts are just that, ID numbers....not part numbers. There are no actual Ford part numbers marked on any parts after 1956.
inre to D5TZ3A360A: No Ford Dealer, no obsolete parts vendor has any.
