The Ford Mustang Pickup Truck You’ve Never Wanted
If you’ve ever felt the need to buy something totally off-the-wall, check out Craigslist. But if you’ve ever felt like buying a totally off-the-wall vehicle, then a car auction should do the trick. Or even better—a Barrett Jackson car auction!
Last week’s iconic Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona saw many high-end, low-end, and very special cars exchange owners, but one of the vehicles that stood out was this 1968 Ford Mustang pickup truck.
Is it a car or a truck? You be the judge. Although it’s easy to tell the previous owner also had a hard time narrowing it down to one or the other, which is why he nicknamed this one-of-a-kind conversion, the “Ford Mustaro.”
“The Ford Mustaro” is a professionally built combination of a 1968 Ford Mustang and a Ford Ranchero. And although not much information on this weird creation is readily available, it looks well built and somewhat pleasing to the eye. At least that’s what the owner must’ve thought, as he dropped a pretty $23,100 for this bad boy.
Have you ever had to choose between transporting a fridge or cruising in a muscle car? This may solve that problem!
