Suge Knight’s Assault with a Deadly Raptor
While on set filming a movie in Compton, California, Suge Knight allegedly ran a person over, twice, with his Ford F-150 SVT Raptor. After fleeing the scene, he was arrested and charged with felony murder. He’s in jail right now with a $2,000,000 bond. Here’s what we know right now.
Suge got into a fight with someone on the set of the movie. His friend, Terry Carter, showed up with Suge when they arrived on set, and was believed to be talking to the person Suge allegedly intended to run over with the truck. Cle “Bone” Sloan was allegedly the intended target, but the police say that when Suge put the truck into reverse he ran over Carter instead.
Even though the police do not think Carter was Suge’s intended target, attempting to run someone over with a vehicle is a felony. According to Harvey Levin, a lawyer who works with TMZ, if someone is killed while a felony is in progress, the person committing the felony can be charged with murder.
It sounds like a messed up situation all around, with someone innocent paying the ultimate price. Remember vehicles are deadly objects, whether or not it’s a Raptor or any other car.
