The 2017 Ford SVT Raptor F-150 that made its grand debut a few weeks ago at the 2015 North American International Auto Show in Detroit’s Joe Louis Arena was fitted with the SuperCab design.

When the Raptor was first introduced a few years back, it was offered only as a SuperCab, but when people complained that they wanted more choices in cab sizes, Ford rolled out the SuperCrew Raptor.

The introduction of the SuperCrew Raptor during the previous generation helped sales figures grow as buyers were quick to accept the full four door truck design.

However, there are still buyers out there who don’t want the back seat at all, so they would prefer to have a Regular Cab Raptor. This design would be the lightest, thus likely yielding the best performance measures with the help of the new SVT-tuned 3.5L EcoBoost V6.

For our Question of the Week, do you think that Ford should begin offering a Raptor package for the regular cab F-150? Click here to head into the forums to share your opinion!
