Years later in life, he brought it back to life as a cool cruiser with a few modifications. And the blue truck found its way into the Hod Rod Power Tour a couple of years back.
1935 Closed Cab Hot Rod Pickup
This unbelievable 1935 Ford truck is the hot rod to kick off our list today. This beauty is the creation of Jason Graham's Hot Rods and Cool Customs. The build was commissioned by the truck's owner who was impressed with Graham's ability to add a characterful twist to the classic hot rod style. And the finished results exceeded her expectations by a country mile.

1940 Ford Pickup - Supercharged Restomod
This super clean 1940 Ford truck that was featured a while back is a testament to how simplicity can go a long way in creating a fabulous restomod. With plenty of interior amenities as well as modern performance upgrades, this old hauler drives like a dream. And it has the sleek looks to match. The 351 Windsor V8 rounds things off perfectly.

This red hot 1949 Ford truck has an interesting back story. Before it was bought by its current owner, it lived somewhere in Michigan, a half-restored old truck. The F1 has undergone a significant amount of work all around. And it holds a few surprises, too.

1934 Ford Hillclimb Racer
And the final item on our list of cool hot rods today is this true classic. Nothing exudes the real hot rod spirit more than this relic of the 1950s. This racer belonged to race car driver Alexis DuPont back in the day. And in 2015, it was sold at an auction for a seemingly low $22,000.
