Turn Signal Switch Diagnosis (PIX)
Help me diagnose my turn signal problem in my '74 f-100...
Using the tech article here on this site, I have traced my lack of working turn signals down to my turn signal switch. But these things ain't cheap and my rig has what appears to be a newer one in it already. So before I junk it and put myself in the poorhouse, check out what I am dealing with to see if it is fixable...
I removed my steering wheel and drew the following diagram of the column/switch:
I then used a test light to determine what the voltage was doing while the switch was in different positions, with and without the brake pedal:
What the heck is going on here? I am too obtuse to understand what I should do...
