Here is some more attempts, truck is dirty sorry... i hope this pleases the FTE Pic Mafia!
Doesn't my truck like like it has two different shades of blue (cab vs bed)?
lol i knew i'd get some one with the title haha! As for the e-fans I picked em up for i think like 50 bucks, it seems to me that it gets up and goes a lot quicker, could just be me... mpg so far i've seen about 1 to 1.5 mpg.. but i've been kinda beatin it up a lil bit with the tires and stuff... once i get back to "normal" i will let ya know!
Not to hijack the thread but does the e-fan stay on the whole time the truck is running or if it gets hot it kicks on?...I am assuming the whole time but just wondering I was thinking about doing it.
I don't think you can hijack this thread haha! I have it set on a t-stat so it kicks on around 190 (what i was told normal op temp) then it shuts off, but it hasn't really kicked on due to cold weather. If I take the city it does once in a while. Figure this helps on electircal bill (lol)
How did you wire them in to just kick in on when the thermistat is hot...i have an efan i wouldnt mind running, but i have no way to control how it runs....
I'd really like to try some e fans, but don't know whos to get, where, how much to pay, how hard to install, or how much improvement on mpgs there is????????????????
